Our design team develops a custom cabinet layout, island configuration, material palette, and appliance specification tailored to how you actually live. Photo-realistic 3D renders then show your kitchen exactly as it will look — stone slab veining, cabinet door profiles, hardware finishes, lighting fixtures, and flooring. Every material decision is made with full visual context, not swatches and imagination. Revisions happen in the render, not in the field.

Budget & Proposal

Line-item pricing with no hidden allowances

With the design approved, we produce a detailed scope of work with line-item pricing covering cabinetry, stone, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and all trade labor. No placeholder allowances that look competitive and inflate at selection time. The number you approve is the number we build to. Change orders after this point are documented and priced before work begins.

Permitting & Construction

Plumbing, electrical, structural — and custom installation

High-specification kitchens often involve plumbing relocations, electrical panel upgrades, and structural modifications. Our team prepares all permit documentation and manages the approval timeline so construction starts on schedule. Once permits are in hand, custom cabinet installation, stone fabrication and templating, tile setting, and appliance integration are performed by trade specialists who work exclusively on high-specification projects.
