With the design finalized, we produce a line-item scope of work covering tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical, waterproofing, and all trade labor. No allowances. No surprise upgrades at material selection. The number you approve before demo starts is the number we build to. Scope changes are documented and priced before any additional work begins.

Permitting & Construction

Permits, waterproofing, and precision trade sequencing

Bathroom renovations require plumbing permits, electrical permits, and in many cases structural review. Our team prepares and submits all documentation and ensures waterproofing and mechanical systems are permitted and inspected at the right phases. Construction then follows precise sequencing — waterproofing before tile, rough plumbing before walls close, steam and heated floor systems before substrate goes down. Every trade is coordinated in the correct order.

Completion & Handover

Done once, done right — signed off before handover

Before we consider the project complete, your project manager conducts a full inspection against the approved renders and specifications — grout lines, fixture alignment, door hardware, lighting, heated floor function. Every punch list item is resolved before we hand over a bathroom delivered to the standard you were shown from the start.
