OUR team

Meet the team that will make your dream home a reality.

As a boy, Henry was always intrigued by all things mechanical and took apart his toys to discover how they worked. At the age of 8, his grandmother bought him his first soldering iron and he began to fix things around the house.

Working as a contractor, he quickly discovered his passion for architecture and design. In 2008, he formed Ridgecrest Construction - now known as Ridgecrest Designs. Henry takes pride in investing in his team; making sure they have the tools, skills and confidence to take Ridgecrest Designs to the next level. He enjoys designing and building custom pieces for clients such as range hoods, tables, art and barn doors at his 3,000 sq/ft shop in Livermore.

He is married to Carrie, his best friend and high school sweetheart of 25 years. Their favorite thing to do is go boating with their daughters Jenna and Riley.

Julienne Barrett

Julienne knew she wanted to design home interiors since high school. Following a rigorous five-year program, Julienne obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University.

Over the last two years, she has grown into the position of Lead Designer at Ridgecrest Designs. She is constantly refining her style and methods to elevate every design. Her attention to detail makes her an invaluable resource to our team and our clients.

Julienne enjoys hot cups of tea, exploring new places, reading and admiring design and architecture wherever she can.

Ayse is an artist and interior designer.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering. During her undergraduate years she continued her studies in art and design. After receiving her Associate's Degree in Interior Design from City College of San Francisco, she started working on residential interior design projects in the Bay Area.

She believes in elegant and functional design comprised of natural and sustainable materials and rigorously selected furnishings. She is often inspired by the rich cultural and historical heritage of her hometown Istanbul and natural beauties of California, where she has been living for over a decade.
