This Privacy Policy describes what information Ridgecrest Designs collects through this website, how that information is used, and the choices you have regarding it. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
We collect personal information only when you actively provide it through one of two forms on this site:
We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, health data, or account credentials of any kind.
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or provide a project estimate. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent, and we do not share your information with other businesses for their own marketing purposes.
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form delivery service. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, and message are transmitted to FormSubmit's servers and then forwarded to our email address. FormSubmit's handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not retain form submissions in a database on this website.
Our luxury remodel landing page uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services may place cookies on your device to measure when a visitor reaches our site after clicking a Google ad, and to help us understand which ads lead to inquiries. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at any time through Google's Ad Settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of the standard HTTP request. This website itself does not set persistent tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on this site — including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Base44 — may set their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies. This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
