Stage Two
Our design phase produces custom floor plans, elevations, and — critically — photo-realistic 3D renders of your completed project. You will see your home in precise visual detail before a permit is filed or a wall is moved. This eliminates the single biggest source of dissatisfaction in construction: building something that doesn't look like what you imagined. We don't move forward until you love what you see.
Stage Three
With the design finalized, we produce a detailed scope of work with line-item pricing and a realistic construction timeline. We believe in complete transparency at this stage — there are no placeholder estimates or "allowances" designed to look competitive and balloon later. The number you see is the number we stand behind. Scope changes after this point are documented and priced before any work begins.
Stage Four
We handle the full permitting process in-house. Our deep knowledge of California building codes and local jurisdiction requirements means permits move efficiently — without the delays that plague less experienced teams. Once permits are approved, our specialized construction teams execute the build with active project management throughout. You receive regular progress updates, and our project manager is accessible by phone or message at every stage.
Stage Five
As construction concludes, we conduct a meticulous review of every finish, fixture, and surface against the original design spec. We don't hand over a home until it meets the standard the renders set. The final walkthrough is a celebration — not a punch list negotiation. After delivery, we remain available for any questions or follow-up for the life of our warranty.
